CC Music provide a standard 12 month warranty on all new products and a 30 day warranty on all pre-owned goods. If your product is returned to us, a service engineer will test the item to confirm that there is a manufacturing fault. If we receive a returned item and in testing by a qualified engineer discover that the fault is the result of misuse, e.g., the item has been dropped, the speakers have been blown due to being overdriven, etc, the return will be considered as a non-warranty repair and will be subject to a repair charge.

If you place an order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your order is in stock we will dispatch your order the same day for next day delivery. NB: Next day delivery is ‘working’ day only. We deliver to all UK and EU destinations as standard. All standard delivery charges are to mainland UK and EU postal destinations only. Located in Glasgow’s west end the store has been a staple shopping destination for musicians for over 30years.We cater instore and online for all sorts of musicians from beginners to seasoned professionals, touring bands, we supply for education, rehearsal studios, recording studios, and can provide installation services for public spaces and houses of worship.
